Sanjay Kale
Founder & CTO

Sanjay has more than 13 years of product development and management experience working with global companies in the US and India. He has worked for product companies like CommVault Systems and VERITAS Software (now Symantec Corp) and services companies like Frontier Software and Patni Computer Systems. He has deep technical knowledge in the data protection, storage, network management and cloud computing.

Sanjay was a key engineer for Symantec's flagship product, Backup Exec and was instrumental in delivering Backup Exec for Linux Servers. He was also an architect for the open infrastructure group with VERITAS and has lead as well as managed the NAS Appliance, Mapping Services and Application Quiescence teams.

Sanjay has filed patents in the data protection and anti virus domains with the USPTO which are in various stages of patent approval progress. He holds an engineering degree (electronics and telecommunication) from University of Pune and a PG Diploma in Advanced Computing from C-DAC, Pune.
