We maintain a well defined Defect life cycle. Zest team has good knowledge of preparing QA plans, test scenarios documents, and generate test cases based on it. Executing the tests, prioritising the executions is done systematically using specific tools.

Cloud / Enterprise application
One of the clients of Zest wanted to migrate their enterprise application to Cloud.
It required web based interface to create and manage data repository on the cloud.
The data was dynamically fetched from the client network and stored on the cloud.
The system had different users with different authorization levels for accessing the data.
The system was implemented using .NET and C#.
Staffing
We helped one of our clients to setup a product development team in a specific domain.
The client was lacking technical expertise in this domain.
We built a team for the client based on the requirements, we educated the team and brought it to a level where it could work independently.
Incubation Center
We helped a startup company establish their offshore development center.
We did end to end product development for the client.
We built the team, implemented the first versino of the product and then handed over the product to the client company.
All the IP that we developed remained with the client.
The key people in the team got transferred to the client.
