Typically this team is responsible for developing certain components or functional modules. It works as an extension of a client onsite development team. The actual development by the extension team is carried out in India, with an Zest coordinator/small team working with the client onsite.
Project Outsourcing Model
Project outsourcing model is an attractive option for small and medium sized projects with a well defined scope. It is equally attractive to Zest’s customers overseas and in India. More often it is a full cycle all-inclusive project outsourcing (from system design to testing, deployment and maintenance). However, it can also be a partial outsourcing project when Zest is responsible for only some of the software life cycle stages.
Software Development Center
For client engagements lasting six months or longer, Zest has designed and successfully implemented a unique business proposition of setting up and operating a dedicated software development center. Such an organization works exclusively for one client, and provides all facilities and utilities necessary for software development. Zest provides qualified and experienced personnel in accordance with your requirements to work exclusively for you. Zest specializes in Quality Assurance services. We provide IT skilled professionals who has undergone spelized training in the area of cloud computing, storage and virtualization as well as mobile testing. You will have direct access to these resources and can work in close coordination with them either at your office or at zest office.
